Sony Camera :
It’s certainly no secret that buying your first camera can certainly seem a bit overwhelming to you, you are probably interested in Sony cameras.
We will dive into several different Sony cameras, we will talk about their strength.
So if you’re on a total budget, and you want to get something really cheap, I think a decent camera could be the Sony next5, or the Sony next7.
Next 5 is like a 14 megapixel apsc camera, and the next 7 has 24 megapixels, both of these cameras can shoot in full HD, but in my honest opinion, I think it might be a little too budgetary, and if you can, I would suggest going a little higher.
Then my recommendations would be the good old Sony A6 300 now, you could opt for the a6000 but if you can, the a6300 is like the same sensor, but the a6300 it can shoot 4K sequences.
The a6300 is a legendary camera I started my entire career on the a6300, it’s really good it has a 24.2 megapixel apsc sensor it can shoot 4K sequences up to 30 frames per second.
The Sony A6 300 it’s more fun when I can point to you, now know that if you want to get these images in super slow motion, you can get 120 frames per second, but in full HD.
Now, it’s definitely not perfect, it lacks Ibis, which means that you know the stabilization of the body, so if you want to get smooth processed images.
I suggest you pair them with a similar lens that has stabilization, now if you could get a slightly better camera I would actually recommend the Sony where is the Sony A6 400, it’s like an even more legendary camera than the a6300.
It’s a great little camera now, it’s basically the same almost the same camera, it has the same sensor all the specs are the same.
Now they claim that as they have made some updates to love colors, so the color sciences should be a little better, in my honest opinion I didn’t really like it.
I see that a lot of things could also be that the autofocus, is a little better I don’t know basically that it’s kind of the same camera, but it’s a little newer and it has like this flip-up screen right now, which is pretty nice so that you can see yourself, when you’re vlogging and it’s much better than the other thing that couldn’t take all the way.
And this camera is honestly what I personally built, like my career on I loved this camera, many of my best photos to date are taken on this little camera.
So I absolutely recommend it now is it perfect absolutely not like with the a6300, it’s only 8 bits of color, so it’s not the best if you want to like the color or something like that.
They are also equipped, I don’t even have these batteries, do you have batteries, yes, they are equipped with these small batteries, I’m not a big fan of these batteries, but I mean that you just if you have a bunch of them, you’re totally okay, I just bought like 10 or something, third-party batteries, and I always carry them with me in my backpack.
But overall, the a6400 and also the a6300 they are great hybrid cameras, which means that you may like it if you like photo and video like me, it is certainly a valid choice, today and I am sure you can get it for a pretty decent offer, if you are looking for a used one, it is something to consider.
Now another small budget camera, which you can get is the V10, this also has the same apsc sensor the 24.2 megap AC APC sensor as the a6400 and a6300, so basically like it’s kind of the same thing, but what they’ve done to it is that this camera is more focused on video creation, and content creation.
So if you’re focusing more on video, and you don’t care as much about photography then it’s definitely something to consider, it’s a little smaller than the a6400, which is good, I mean they’re already very small cameras, but if you want even smaller things, the ZV E10 might be a good choice for you too.
Now, the reason is also smaller, a viewfinder is missing, so you there is no viewfinder, and I really like when I take pictures to use the view funeral, it is not necessary that you have a screen.
But that’s why one of the reasons I prefer the s6400 photography, 4 however the ZV E10, it has some effects and some features.
These cameras don’t have like these content creation features, like I think there was like this active regular shooting, in this camera that helps you know how to stabilize the images, it’s not Ibis in it, but you could get a little stable images.
You also had like the soft effect and the product showcase mode and other cool things, and another thing you get is a very angular screen personally, I like it so much it’s a bit of a debate, I just really like it when you’re taking low-angle photos, seeing what you’re doing like that really nice, and also just being able to flip the screen, it’s so nice.
And you can find it used for a pretty decent price and it’s definitely a great little budget camera for you if you’re looking to get into Sony.
Now there is actually an APC camera which is by far the best apsc camera I have ever tried, it is so good.
We were also talking a little bit about the full frame cameras, but it won’t look like a full frame compared to the apsc, but you know that when it comes to Sony cameras, their apsc models are like smaller and cheaper, then all the lenses for the APC cameras that they sell, they are also cheaper.
So the full frame system is like more expensive to start with, so if you’re excited about full frame cameras, and you want to get into that instead of the apsc, then the good starting choice might be the Sony a73, which is like a really legendary camera.
It was so popular at the time, I think it looks like a 24-megapixel full-frame sensor, you can shoot 4K footage at up to 30 frames per second, it’s a good hybrid camera, so it’s nice for photo and video.
It only has 8-bit colors though, so it’s not the best for color calibration and all that, but it has an Ibis as a five-AIS input stabilization, which is really nice.
So if you also put a lens on it that also has stabilization, you can get quite stable portable photos.
Now in my opinion, although this is just like my opinion you can take it with a gram of sh, so I would honestly like it for the price and as for the a73, I think I would prefer to just go for the a6400, it’s just that it’s me as if you could get it for less.
Then you can also buy a better drink, but you do what you want.
Another camera, I think it’s great, is the Sony a74, the updated version of the a73 which is a fantastic little camera, which has been really fun for me to use.
Now we’re getting a little more expensive, but then you have a 33-megapixel full-frame sensor, this camera can shoot 4K footage at up to 60 frames per second backwards, it has 10-bit color, which is great and it’s also the camera I’m shooting on right now.
It’s this camera that I’m filming, it’s my main camera for many reasons at the moment, and I’m using it.
I love this camera, it’s a fantastic hybrid camera, but now you’re entering a little more expensive territories.
But if you can find it used, I highly recommend it if the full frame system is something you are going for now another camera that was released the other day as the A7 C2, it is basically a smaller version of the a74, it still has similar specifications and sensors.
But it’s now like equipped with the latest autofocus technology from Sony, which is crazy.
Sony’s latest autofocus technology is fantastic, and this camera has it though.
Now we’re getting into a slightly more expensive camera, and that’s something to keep in mind, but one thing that I think is also good to think about what you want to do in the future, I was talking to one of you in the community, and you said that you wanted to buy Sony A7 C2, because you know that in the future you want to go further in the full frame, and you already had APC lenses and what’s cool about Sony.
It is that all Sony lenses, whether they are apsc lenses or full frame lenses, they have what is called a mount, so they work together so that you can use an APC lens, on a full-frame camera and you can also with the a74, and the other full frame cameras.
The A7 7c tool, you can put them in apsc mode, so that you can use them as an apsc camera, so if you already have a bunch of lenses, and you know that in the future you want to get more like more in full frame, but you may not have the budget at the moment, because full frame lenses are much more expensive.
It’s something you can do, it’s always good to plan ahead, and think about what you’re going to do in the future, but I just want to clarify that these are the options.
And then, another option that I want to tell you about the camera that I personally really like, especially if you like to shoot, Sony A7 S3, which is a fantastic film camera, it can shoot 4K sequences up to 120 frames per second, with almost no cropping, as well as all the cameras that we have talked about so far.
They all suffer, you know that very bad rolling shutter like a jelly effect that, when you pan around you, the lines all become wobbly.
But this camera is the A7 S3 Sensor, that’s what it has a minimum, which is really good because it’s usually only what you get in the higher cameras, and cinematic, but this one is good.
But just like the SV E10, is also more focused on similar video aspects, so if you want to get into the photos as well, that wouldn’t really be my suggestion, but this summer Sony released an APC camera, which in my opinion is so good, it’s the Sony A6.
here it is Sony A6 700 this camera is fantastic, it is basically like a mini fx30, which is the most economical cinema Sony Camera, to offer this has as apsc cinema camera, it is also by the way an option if you want to like to get more into cinematography, it could be one thing for you, but it is also a camera.
So you have an IAS, you can shoot 4K sequences up to 120 frames per second, but there is a cropping, there is an iIs like in it, so it is stabilized inside, so you also now have these big Sony lenses, where they are all without batteries, you have these big batteries now, which is great I really like that I filmed this is the second video I shoot, and both the a74 and the SV E1 have these big batteries.
And I thought that they are only at 70% at the moment, and I have already filmed a bunch of them now if you take a look at the a74, you now also get this little front wheel here, which is also very good.
So you have more options when it comes to just changing the settings, really like I am a big fan of the A7 a6700, but it is of course more expensive than the good old a6400, and I think for many of you who are just starting out and you are just dipping your toes in, in the photo and video and you don’t know how heavy you want to go and how much money you want to spend.
Conclusion :
So I think the right place could be the good old Sony a6400, but my thought process the way I think, that when I buy a new camera, it’s a little different from most and when I tell people about it, they’re a little surprised.
