The Best Lenovo Gaming Laptops :
Today we are checking two laptops from lenovo, it is the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i and we have the Lenovo Legion 5i quite interesting, it used to be called the 5i slim thin part, but here is the problem with Lenovo, they have abandoned a ton of awesome Legion devices.
Legion is making a huge change from just being a PC brand, to a full gaming brand with their new ecosystem of monitors, and a bunch of peripherals, and during this year’s CES 2024 they announced even more, but there are so many options available that it can get a little confusing, or maybe even overwhelming to know which one will work best for you.
We have some of the most economical options, and we are going to continue talking about everything you need to know, break it down so that you can choose the right one for you.
So with the 5i, you have like a more typical laptop design, nothing super aggressive or anything that screams gamer, but they changed some things, the ports that were all on the back for reasons of how they handled the thermals.
Now on the 5i, these ports will now be on the side, so I will have a quick access when they are on the sides, especially if you plan to take this thing with you, you’re going to want these ports available, instead of having to reach to the back, but on the back, you still have your power port, as well as your HDMI port, these are the kind of cables you do not want to on your path anyway, and I really like the approach of Lenovo.
Because what led to this, was actually a customer research, where they learn people like their power ports and HDMI on the back.
I mean it makes sense, when you think about it and that little change in putting the ports on the sides turned into quieter fans, cooler skin temperatures and more power, so really good design choices there.
But as I said more of a standard-looking laptop, compared to the pro 5i which looks a little more like a gaming laptop, it looks like something that is a little beefier.
So you can see on the sides? that they have a lot more exhaust for this cooling to make sure this thing stays cool? while you are playing, which is obviously very important.
But for this one, it has a more traditional look, the ports are all on the back, you also have a few on the sides, but the big problem is that these exhausts are pretty much everywhere for you, to ensure that this thing stays cool think about it roughly the way you really like to play.
You want the best performance, you want to have something which is configured like that, but if you want to do the tour, and travel with your laptop, can be used in different places, not just at home for play is probably more suitable for this.

Both of these processors, have the latest 14th generation Intel processors with more power cores and multitasking efficiency, so even if you have several applications open, these processors must allocate the right resources, to everything you prioritize like games and of course, these laptops also have lenovo’s AI one chip, which brings AI to the table via Lenovo’s Vantage software, and it will intelligently adjust your settings in the background to give you the best performance, of which the laptop is capable.
Now the great thing is if you’re not very good at tweaking the settings, you can just let the AI do it for you.
In terms of performance, they are two beasts of machines, you will be able to make serious play on both, a little more serious on this side.
I want the best possible performance to make sure, that I can do what I need to do in this game, and that’s where I would look at the pro 5i.
Now with the pro 5i, you’ll get slightly better gaming performance right off the bat, but what makes this thing really special, and kind of separates it, is of course the cooling.
If you play casually, you may know that you put an hour into it, or maybe less maybe more a little more, this is intended for longer sessions, you will be able to maintain these peak performances for much longer, thanks to this cooling system, and in a world where every frame counts, you are going to want to access all of them for as long as possible, these races at the top, can last a very long time.
So you’re not you’re going to want something that’s going to warm you up, and maybe start to lose a little on the performance side when you’re in these sessions.
But with the 5i, it has Lenovo’s super cold front, but what’s pretty cool about this one is that it sends all the heat out the back, and sucks in fresh air from the bottom and why that’s pretty cool is that it keeps the center pretty cool.
So when you type, you know that you don’t feel like this hot, crazy laptop, and that you don’t have hot air blowing through the side vents, where your hands would be if you were using a mouse.
The process is actually pretty awesome, because it’s never been seen before on other gaming devices, so think of it pretty much like this casual game, compared to the professional game, it’s crazy because I feel like a lot of us can fit in these buckets.
